• Qualification : Graduate (BE/B-tech)
  
• Experience : 08-10 Yrs.
  

Responsibilities :-

• Planning & allocation of work force according to the workload.
  
• Issuance of work orders to related units & proper coordination with respective supervisor.
  
• Coordination with Design dept. for availability/readiness of drawings.
  
• Issuance of requisition of material to Stores Dept. & allotting time schedule for requisition of material in ERP.
  
• Coordination with Purchase & Store Dept. for pending requisitions on daily basis.
  
• Production planning as per work orders & confirm delivery dates accordingly in ERP.
  
• Coordination with Sales Dept. in case of variations of delivery dates.
  
• Planning and reallocation of production according to priorities of sales dept.
  
• Consult Managing Director for any addition/variation in infrastructure.
  
• Records of non-conformities & rejections during production.
  
• Planning of job work.
  
• Determining quality control standards.
  
• Maintenance of labour performance records and report to HR dept. on monthly basis.
  
• Work on labour complaints and forward the matter to higher management if required.
  
• Maintain decorum and discipline as per company policy on floor.
  
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  

Skills:

• Should be from Auxiliary industry

• Knowledge of Fabrication, Sheet metal, Machining of metal parts (lathe, drilling, surface grinding etc.)
  
• Ability to manage multiple orders/production lines simultaneously
  
• Proven experience as production manager
  
• Deep knowledge of production management
  
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
  
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
  
• Email writing skills
  
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
