6,00,000 - 8,00,000 Per Year Production Team Leader:
a) Job responsibility:
Responsible for management & supervision of plant operation in a shift to meet
production schedules, production output, man management, plant & process safety,
product quality, product yield, productivity and day to day trouble shooting of the plant
in a shift. Participates in product cost improvement; quality and yields improvement,
projects and other production activities related to plant efficiency improvement,
supports TPM activities and maintains safe working conditions and employee relations.
Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and
finished goods comply in line with requirement.
b) Education and work experience:
B.Tech. or B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
Two to Five years of experience as a shift in charge in production function of a reputed
Chemical manufacturing company with knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes
& production equipment. He must have some knowledge of ISO standard, Chemical &
Process Safety & exposure to TPM activities.
