3)         Experience: 0 to 6 month

4)         Types of work: Direct sales

5)         Education: SSC, HSC or any Graduate

6)         Skills: Communication in Local Language

7)         Monthly Salary: 8000 PM + Incentive (As per monthly business achieve)

9)         Job Description:

•          To attend field meetings punctually and regularly.

•          To maintain the Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customers (Name, address, telephone No.).

•          Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like cold calls, reference, FLC Activities & Roadshows.

•          Maintain daily feedback from the customers.

•          Train customers on the usage of products.

•          Ensure at least 10 courtesy calls during the month to existing customers and document in the Gift-A-Smile book.

•          Ensure he/she adheres to the KPI Parameter

•          A person should have his own bike with licenses.
