Primary Responsibilities Include

Work with customers and implement NewRelic Solution.
Implement the next-gen Monitoring Solution for large and complex customers undergoing significant changes in their organizations.
To play the role of Delivery Lead and Deliver the requirements on time using offshore resources in India , Mexico and other locations.
Ensure the success of significant deployments like Cloud Migrations and Digital Transformations for major corporations through effective Monitoring.
Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of our products within customers’ business infrastructure
Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to New Relic product management and engineering groups
Assist the Customer Success team the post-sales technical process: installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and escalation management
Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment

Technical Skills

APM languages: Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP or Golang;
End-user technologies: iOS, Android, JavaScript, HTML5, video players;
Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, Docker / Kubernetes
A clear understanding of network & system Management solutions
Experience with real user monitoring and customer digital experience

Your Qualifications

5 years+ of pre-sales experience with the high tech industry or product management
Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment
Experience in the monitoring space (APM, Digital Experience, Tracing, AIOps, Infrastructure, Logging)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
