Our
Professional Services Engineers lead the architecture, planning, implementation, and data migration, in accordance with our best practices. This team is highly visible and carries great responsibilities as the we enable customers and helps realize the benefits of using NetApp technologies and services. As a member of this team, you will have a large impact in significantly improving how our customers manage and control their data as well as implement our product/Cloud strategies. These services will be delivered both remotely and on customer premise.
This role will help expand the global coverage of our Professional Services offerings. You could be asked to take on varied responsibilities due to the rapid growth. It is a fast paced, dynamic environment that requires a person that can handle multiple responsibilities along with effectively working with the various groups inside the company.

- An interest and passion for Cloud Technologies
- Must have graduated within the past 24 months or will graduate by September 2020 with a Bachelor or master’s degree Computer Engineering, IT/ICT/Information Systems or equivalent.
- 0 ~ 2 years of industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering innovative technical solutions
- Coding and scripting knowledge preferred
- A curious mind and collaborative style
- Proven experience of collaborating with other internal groups to deliver on customer expectations
- Ability to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities where required
