Non – Teachning Posts

Medical Physicist

No. of Posts : 4

Qualification  :  (a) A post graduate degree in Physics and Diploma inRadiological Physics or Medical Physics obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; OR (b) A Graduate degree in science with Physics as principal subject and post-graduate degree in Radiological Physics or Medical Physics obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under the section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, Note: The Qualification of Diploma in Radiological Physics or Post Graduate degree in Medical Physics shall be in line with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) requirements; (c) Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.

Experience :  Have internship experience of minimum 12 months in a well-equipped radiation therapy department recognized by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB).

Fix Pay : As per rules.

Age Limit : Not more than 39 years, can be relaxed for deserving case. PH & Women candidate will be given age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.

Medical Physicist Cum RSO

No. of Post : 1

Qualification  :  M.sc (Physics) from a recognized university and Post M.sc Diploma in Radiological/ Medical Physics from a recognized University and RSO Certificate as per AERB Guideline Or (a) M.Sc. (Radiological Physics / Medical Physics ) from a recognized University and (b) RSO Certificate as per AERB Guideline

Experience : Should have experience of minimum years in a well-equipped radiation therapy department recognized by AERB.

Age Limit : Not more than 35 years, can be relaxed for deserving case. PH & Women candidate will be given age relaxation as per Govt. Rules.

Nursing Incharge (Head Nurse)

No. of Posts : 10

Qualification  :  (a) a degree of Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by-or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and recognised by the Indian Nursing Council; or (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) a degree of Post Basic Diploma in Nurse Midwifery Practioner from the institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council; or a Degree of Basic B.Sc.( Nursing) obtained from any of the 'Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and

Experience : (a) (b) have worked for not less than five years in the Cadre of Staff Nurse, Class III, in the subordinate service of the Commissionerate of Health, Medical Services and Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State; and have passed the qualifying examination for computer knowledge in accordance with the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Computer Competency Training and Examination Rules, 2006;
