Professor and Dean, Faculty of Management  job Position in CEPT University

Good management practices can have a tremendous impact on the functioning of projects and organizations at various scales. The ideal candidate for this position would be convinced of the opportunity to educate professionals who can improve the both project and operations management in organizations ranging from small cooperative societies and townships to municipal corporations of large cities.

The ideal candidate would bring an academic background and professional experience focused on management of built environment or infrastructure organizations. The candidate would have a master’s degree in relevant discipline  and leadership experience in industry or academia of at least 10 years. The candidate would be a nationally recognized leader or academic with experience in industry, government or as a management professional. The candidate would be able to bring together management professionals with varied expertise from around the country to take this vision forward.

The Professor and Dean will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of the Faculty of Management, mentoring and supporting faculty and staff members, encouraging research, and attracting the most appropriate talent to teach at the Faculty.
