Verify the critical fields on invoices for processing into system
Exceptions to the process been checked before processing invoices
nalyze the reasons for not posting the invoice, eg: PO quantity or price mismatch
Handling utility payment vendors
Handle payment proposals and reversals
Validate the expenses - matching the receipts with expense claims in report
Ensure expense claimed are within limits of companys policy and guidelines
Process corporate card statements per agreed standard operating procedures, policy
Knowledge on 1099 forms and reporting filing in IRS website Verify the critical fields on invoices for processing into system Skills required
Strong analytical skill
Hands on knowledge of MS Excel
Effective written and oral communication
End to end knowledge of Procure to Pay process
Knowledge about various payment methods
Experience in handling different types of invoices (Po, Non PO invoices)
Working knowledge on ERP systems
Client interactive skill
Experience in process automations preferred Educational background Commerce graduate/ post graduate
