Job Description:

Responsible for processing enrollment applications, determining eligibility, processing member changes and disenrollments
Follow the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulations
Responsible for generating bills, collection tracking, and processing
Understanding of premium calculation and posting payments
