We are looking for a program coordinator, who will bind the team together and take it forward.

Key responsibilities

1. All actionable's are being tracked, pursued and in general take care of
2. Coordination with the team is smooth and streamlined
3. Team is motivated and enthused
4. Proper policies are being implemented and documentation is done and is well organised5. All external communication and follow up.

As part of a small and ambitious startup, you will be wearing multiple hats, including but not limited to

1. Hiring

2. Investment scouting

3. Vendor development

4. Resellers contract

4. Legal & contractual

5. General administration 6. HR & Finance Co-ordination

7. Team follow up & getting things done

8. Project Tracking Updates

9. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions 2. Documenting day to day work's, including payments and receipts, contacts.
Competencies looked for

1. Tech savy - such as emails, word, spreadsheets,

2. Quick to learn new stuff - such as project management tools, and similar apps

3. Ability to sequence and prioritize tasks, set timelines, and evaluate progress against schedule and goals

4. Effective and clear oral and written communication. Ability to use everyday communication to achieve goals with a range of stakeholders

5. Data visualisation and analysis
