Post Name: Program Coordinator
Essential: MPH with 4 years experience
Desirable: 2-3 years experience in handling international / national training programs
Emoluments: 60,000/- per month
Job responsibility:
i. Overall coordination and support development and administration of e learning program / physical courses
ii. Plan, oversee and enable various courses held under IPHMDP at state, national and international level Planning and organizing courses and/or support other events/webinars being organized by under IPHMDP
iii. The person will lead the development of report and other forms of reading material as per the course
iv. Teaching and training of course participants and Assistance faculty members in organizing the teaching programs
v. Liason with State Government officials/ Ministry of External Affairs for smooth programme management
vi. Coordinate and facilitate timely implementation of the programme activities including capacity building of key stakeholders, workshop/meetings, programme reviews, logistics planning and management etc.
vii. Regularly communicate with Operations/ Administration/ Finance/ HR teams to ensure smooth execution of activities
