Role: Program Coordinator

Salary Range(In Rupees): 10000-25000

Duration: Full-Time

Required Skills : 

• Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
  
• Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
• Negotiate the rates with the Clients and Candidates
• Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for an end Client Submission.
• Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
• Responsible for targeted market research and lead generation

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Experience:3 to 7+ Years in handling top Clients of different Industries (Banking, IT, BPO/ITES, Manufacturing, Automobiles, etc.)
• Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Applicants should possess good communication skills.
• Applicants should have a good understanding of technology.

Qualification:

                    Fresher, Experienced- Any Graduate / Engineering / Diploma Can Apply.
