Profile: We are looking for a talented candidate with good communication and persuasive skills to help us in supporting new student transition.
You should have a desire to learn about office and administrative functions, be detail oriented and be committed to working on a team with a unified vision.

Responsibilities:-

Fluent in English language and has excellent interpersonal skills
Great communication skills
Respond to inquiries about the course from prospective and incoming students and by phone, chat, email, WhatsApp and in-person
Establish an understanding of digital marketing concepts and is able to assist prospective students with issues relating to course structure, procedures and manage back end.
Plan and prepare the schedule of each batch according to the program structure, mentors availability and ensuring to communicate same with students in SMS, Whatsapp groups and facebook
Become familiar with the program registration process and answer questions as needed
Responding to inquiries from companies and prospective candidates with regards to placements
Responsible to support the students who trained and seeking job opportunities
Responsible to maintain job portal and lookout for job listings (One new job listing every two days).
Post on social media channels if any students got placement
Responsible to maintain the database of the students, ensuring all required documentation has to be done.
