Overall aim of recruiting Programme Executives/ Technical Associates is to efficiently manage the process and logistics of capacity building programs and other projects of IICA.
This includes:
Organize long term courses, MDPs and events from time to time under overall guidance of IICA faculty.
Help in making logistics arrangements including cost proposals, disbursing payments etc.
Making and accepting phone calls for promoting and managing various programs.
Sending memos, emails, and letters on behalf of the Institute;
Receiving visitors and handling scheduling.
Any other work assigned by the Head from time to time.
