Role Name: APAC Regulatory Reporting SME/PMO
Team / Role Summary:
Asia Regulatory Reporting is a rapidly evolving environment with change through mandatory regulatory reporting requirements, application enhancements & technical change, data enrichment and support for JPM line of business development projects.
Be a member of our Asia Regulatory Reporting Project Management team & participate in our International Regulatory Strategy initiative to drive efficiencies & consistency globally.
Key Deliverables:
Partner closely with Finance users, Corporate Technology (CT-AD) & external vendor consultants to deliver these strategic regulatory reporting solutions
Provide SME/PMO support to these programs
Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to define the project plan, including scope, timeline, risks, etc.
Gather, validate & document Asia location specific business requirements for the regulatory projects
Continuous engagement in the project execution, in partnership with Finance users & CT-AD using Agile/waterfall implementation methodology
Perform Product Validation, in partnership with CT-AD & external vendor
Participate & support Finance users throughout the testing phase
Provide hands on guidance to Finance users throughout testing/implementation phase
Provide continuous improvement opportunities through identifying best practices in processes/systems/reference data
Manages ongoing tactical & strategic finance platform enhancements and automations
Key Skills/Experience:
Proven program delivery & execution track record within financial services esp. on mandatory regulatory projects. Demonstrated Project Management experience, accounting/local regulatory knowledge would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills, logical thinker with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding and an appreciation of the Project Life Cycle
Excellent written skills with clear, concise & logical documentation . Experienced with planning, organising, and managing multiple priorities, critical paths and risks areas.
Experience of User testing planning & execution. Quality Centre knowledge a bonus.

Creative problem solving and business process reengineering skills
Team player with ability work with colleagues in a collaborative manner, as well as being able to proactively progress multiple tasks independently.
