They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. 

Qualifications:

• Good understanding and passion for digital and social media
• Minimum 10 years of experience in people and project management in any industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or advertisement
• Fluency in reading and writing in Kannada and English language
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead a 25 members digital media team
• Define processes and setting metrics for monitoring the execution
• Manage the end to end operations of the digital media team including people, project, process, quality and infrastructure
• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the operations
• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate the operations
• Manage internal and external communication
• Identify latest market and technology trends and upgrade the mobile app and website
• Define and execute plan for revenue generation through advertisements and partnerships
• Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage finance within the AOP
