How you will do it:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement sales & procurement strategy for Global customers
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive special projects, campaigns, global support programs and initiatives set out by the global strategic account managers.
- Manage, Measure & monitor all program activities and provide operational support & delivery to the customer by working with sales, regional operational teams, and global center of excellence resources.
- Discern customer expectations/requirements, pain points & unmet needs and communicate those to leadership for strategic alignment & ensure necessary actions being taken to address customer needs
- Help Customer achieve his/her organizational goal and enable ease of conducting business with JCI
- Establish processes to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Report progress on programs regularly to leadership team & establish/manage program reporting that meets global standards
- Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance for the account worldwide.
- Provide leadership & guide multi-disciplined technical, sales, operational and administrative support personnel worldwide in order to ensure standardized deployment of a global program for the customer worldwide.
- Coach and mentor global account and project team members on effective project management practices and techniques.
- Serving as a customer interface to effectively communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the global strategic account manager and customer to acquire additional business, pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth.
- Manages/directs proposal efforts for program growth or new opportunities.
- Facilitate and provide teams - a continuous improvement environment with quality tools, behaviors and practices.
- This role may require up to 30% travel
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Business Administration preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of direct experience in project / program management and/or program administration. Preferably in the security industry.
- ASIS CCP, PMI, PMP, or other equivalent certifications desired.
- Proven team leader capabilities and supervision experience in dealing with large integrated security projects and programs
- Travel may be required in support of program.
- Must possess strong skills in presentations, reporting, and effective writing; risk management/decision making skills; and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence customers.
