ROLE
Weâre looking to add an Engineering Program Manager to our global Program Management team.
You will be responsible for identifying and leading organizational initiatives that impact the Khoros product roadmap delivery and quality.
You will work across multiple teams within Product, Support and Engineering and build engagement among our internal stakeholders.
Our team has a reputation of delivering value early and often, and we are looking to grow our team with a Program Manager who is service minded and skilled in stakeholder management.
WHAT YOUâLL DO?
Lead technical program management for engagements across global teams across different time zone (primarily Central Time)
Lead key organizational/engineering initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, engineering manager, architects and quality engineering leader.
Communicates, through multiple frameworks, to various levels of the organization to keep them updated on engineering initiatives and program status. Communicates status in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt., Product Management, Development and Quality Engineering)
Setup and monitor delivery metrics and use data & metrics to drive key decisions
Highlight risks and issues and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them
Demonstrate Change Management capabilities in key transformation and technology programs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Overall 6-8 years of experience with 4+ years of program management experience in a SaaS product development environment
Demonstrated experience managing large Agile global programs and very good understanding of software engineering practices
Excellent global stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated experience setting up, driving and monitoring key business metrics for projects and programs. these metrics.
Identify programs, corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to seamlessly communicate to various levels of the organizations
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem.
Some background in hands-on development, Jira administration and/or building dashboards in BI tools will be a plus
WHAT WOULD ADD VALUE ?
Agile Certifications such as CSM, PSM will be highly desirable.
Good working knowledge of development tools such as Jira, Confluence, BI tools like Tableau, Domo, etc.
