Manages Audiology SW R&D projects, co-ordinates and handles interdependencies.
Initiates and creates an open atmosphere for cross-functional collaboration between the projects and beyond.
Improves productivity, speed, code quality and agility in the R&D projects. Responsible for process compliance, continuous improvement and process innovation. Leads, supports and develops the R&D Project Managers responsible to execute the R&D projects of the assigned portfolio within the approved boundaries.
Performs risk and opportunity management.
Supports Sub segment head in strategic Development of the responsible unit. Identifies new business oppurtunities and execute them.
Creates and maintains a healthy pipeline of resources to ensure minimal impact from attrition using approved budget.
Takes appropriate actions in case of escalations and drives further escalations with the R&D Project Manager if necessary.
Drives initiatives at sub-segment / segment level for competency development, operational excellence, innovation culture. Improve the visibility of organization in external forums by actively participating in technical events, publications etc.
Use your skills to move the world forward You are a BE, ME, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA Graduate with 15+ years of experience and At least 7+ years’ experience as Project Manager/ Program Manager Good people management and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of Agile and Lean management principles and practices. Impactful communication skills. Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens. This role is based in Bangalore.
