Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple teams

Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include 360 degree view of the project and end to end implementation

Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle

Track and report project success criteria

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Requirements

6+ years of Program/ Project management experience

Manage multiple initiatives at the same time and build systems to perform

A person who can independently build and scale new programs

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Prior experience in Consumer/Brand Research and analysis would be a plus
