Detail Description :

Planning, forecasting and analyzing market demand and student Trends.
Responsible for Business progress & continual improvement.
Should be able to set clear targets & achieve the same for the business growth – daily, weekly & monthly.
Driving on-time PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting),close follow up on the rectification action items and ensuring that it is completed.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining the existing customers.
Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.
Collaborate with faculty, operations head and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of various slots.
Perform administrative duties such as monitoring & controlling absenteeism, conduct of class, movement of student.
Responsible for customer interaction, Data Analysis, Tracking and
Should be self driven in terms of prioritization, estimation and planning.
To be the Bridge between Customers, Teachers, students, schools and organization.
Problem identification and solving, bringing innovations.
Based on the business need travel within Chennai would be engaged.
Retention which involves scheduling and tracking
Conducting Parents – Teachers meeting
Problem solving, increasing the productivity improving processes
Student data management (fees, leaves, comp-off, completion certificate)
Handling the customers through social media
Effective sms, whatsapp or excel in communication systems like social medias, mails etc.,
Educate process and system to customers through various modes direct and indirect
Proper time management, team management, ensure productivity for the team.
