Program Coordination

To coordinate with different stakeholders for deepening and expanding the programs and activities
Ensure smooth execution of flagship programs and remodel existing initiatives of the campaign.
Conceptualization to implementation of projects that are in line with the mission and vision of the campaign in coordination with the volunteers and their team leads.
Assist the Founder in scaling-up and expansion of the campaign

Communication and Research

To develop communication and outreach plan for the organization and ensure effective implementation along with the team.
Research and documentation of best practices in the campaign

People’s Management

To build and maintain volunteer team structure in Delhi and in state (s) and coordinate with various teams
To coordinate with the team leads, state representatives and volunteers

Collaboration and FundRaising

Collaboration with individuals and organizations
To lead the fund-raising efforts with assistance from the team and the Founder

Basic Qualifications requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience handling administrative office work in a non-profit setting.
Must possess strong English and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask in a small team, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Positive and outgoing attitude.
Experience with Microsoft Office. Design skills preferred.

Additional Requirements

Ability to work some late evenings and weekends required to match work of volunteers
Ability to work from home/flexible work environment
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow-through are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines.
Open to travel to Bihar and other states, depending on the requirements
Open to take-up challenges and new tasks depending upon the need
