Job Description

Title – Program Manager,SBG
Location – Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Development Programs
  • Manage existing partners & Onboard New Partners
  • Lead partner negotiations and define engagement model to build scalable partnerships
  • Develop metrics & dashboards to track Sales Programs
  • Plan, test and scale programs to grow adoption of business solutions across Facebook platforms
  • Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
  • Drive revenue growth across program initiatives
  • Engage with High Potential Clients to fast track their growth on the platform
Minimum Qualifications
  • MBA
  • 5-7 years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, or product/program management
  • Collaborated across functional teams to drive results and owned revenue targets
  • Problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
  • Thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Being a “connector” across teams and leading a program/project against KPIs through to completion
  • Influencing sales operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs
  • Experience In executing scaled programs with Third Parties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working with global & regional teams
  • Experience in leading large programs with multiple cross functional teams (including Sales)
