Job Description

Program Manager for PetMama's operations in Kolkata:
1. Manage operations and logistics for orders and suppliers

2. Create new opportunities for customer acquisition

3. Create marketing campaigns for customer and supplier acquisition

4. Passion for pet care and love for animals, Must!

5. Manage back end order fulfillment

6. Should be ok with fast paced environments and find quick solutions

7. English, Hindi and Bengali fluency preferable

8. Any previous experience in pet care (personal or professional) is a bonus

9. Comfortable travelling independently within the city

10. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
