MSME ecosystem

Non Banking ProductsGrade : Vice PresidentDepartment : Consumer Assets

Digital teamLocation : Mumbai, Kotak InfinityJob Role :Create a service led

MSME/SME ecosystem from scratch. This will include taking responsibility for:

Identifying the MSME/SME segments which can be catered to and create service led ecosystem.

Create a product that will help the SME grow its business or help in solving the business problems.

End to end responsibility to carry out tie-ups with 3rd party service providers like accounting platforms, e-com platforms etc. basis the product requirements.

Thinking out of the box to improve the various journeys built into the system.

Create a service led SME acquisition and deepening.

Track and take end-to-end ownership of business matrix.

Job knowledge and experience -

In depth knowledge about several large SME customer segments, their business nuances and pain points.

Experience of having worked with at least one SME segment for at in 4 years.

Demonstrated ability in working with cross functional teams to drive & deliver business agenda.-

Experience in delivering solutions through the digital domain.-

Proven product management skills having created & scaled a new product from scratch.-

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, problem-solve and deliver solutions.

Eligibility: Candidates who have had experience in FMCG, pharma, Retail, E-com, Manufacturing and consulting along with related banking experience will be preferred. An MBA degree will be an added advantage.
