At Agilisium, you- ll collaborate with great minds while being challenged to meet and exceed your potential.Position DescriptionWe are looking for an hyper-organized operational expert to work along with our CEO to improve the state, efficiency, and success of the Sales organization.To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in managing large-scale enterprise projects and programs, and a solid understanding of sales & business development activities in IT organizations.Responsibilities-

Work directly with our CEO and sales leadership to transition, track, and drive forward key GTMoperational initiatives.-

Responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of BusinessGrowth Program's output.-

Setting the agenda, running and synthesizing weekly and monthly sales meetings including sales & sales enablement teams-

Keep Sales leadership accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results.-

Implement key operational processes across the Sales & Sales Enablement units, ensuring full alignment and accountability.-

Collaborate to develop, track, and target team-wide success across our quarterly OKRs.-

Manage all planning sessions and review meetings alongside our CEO.-

Manage Sales unit's P & LRequirements-

You have 5+ years of demonstrated success in a Sales, Business Development or similar role that requires strategic and tactical execution.-

5+ years of business development related project management-

You are highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.-

You have excellent presentation skills, capable of running efficient and productive meetings with Sales team.-

You are a highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen.-

You are willing to get your hands dirty, lead by example, and motivate teams through both inperson and remote management.-

Business focused, with an ability to understand, prioritize and balance day-to-day with longterm Sales goals and deliverables.-

You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Agilisium. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do.
