ODPC- Sort Centre Process Design , You Will:Responsibilities:- Reports into a AD/D position- DC layout design and optimisation.

Identify bottleneck process and work on improving performance in that bit. Perform frequent POC and then scale them up- Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and performance at every level- Perform Infrastructure usage and audits. Evaluate infra upgrade from time to time and build business case- Handle deployment of automation projects and execution- Work on identifying bottleneck processes and take up initiatives to improve efficiency- Gather product requirements from Ground up - improve DC tech systems- Handle tech escalations and program manage deployment of new product releases across all DC

Skills and experience required:Skill:- Prior experience in lean/six sigma projects preferred- Should have worked on implementing various process improvement programs (operational and tech dependant) on warehouse/DC floor- Excellent execution skills and a strong bias for action to drive projects to closure independently- Understanding Data and breaking it to drive logical conclusions

Working knowledge of SQL

Requirement documentation and filtering the noise to arrive at core requirements- Must be comfortable with systems and have worked upon supply chain systems from an end user's OR a design/product perspective- Ability to do model scenarios and demonstrate benefits

Driving frequent interaction with stakeholders

Understanding basic costing and accounting implicationsExperience required:- Having worked in relevant industry - transportation and Worked on basic data analytics and interpretation- Exposure to handling projects and sharing systematic updates- Having experience to understand revenue and cost impacts of changesFor PM:- Engineer or equivalent graduation degree- 1+ years Engg from Tier 1 college or 3+ experience
