Programme Manager/ Accounts Officer/ Outreach Worker /Assistant / Data Entry Operator job opportunities in Women and Child Development Department - Govt. of Haryana

HARYANA STATE CHILD PROTECTION SOCIETY- HSCPS (HEADQUARTERS)

1. Programme Manager SARA (only for women)/1Open

I. Retired College/School Principal/ Officer of Social Welfare, W.C.D., Education and Health Department having experience of working for Child Development/Care.  Age: should not exceed 62 years.OR

II. Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university III. Minimum 55% marks at Masters Level.

IV. 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Age: Above 30 -42 years.

Pay Scale : Rs. 35,000

2. Programme Manager (Child protection)/1 Open

Eligibility: I. Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university

II. Minimum 55% marks at Masters Level.

III. Knowledge of Hindi upto matric.

IV. 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Age: Above 21-42 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 35,000

3. Accounts Officer /1Open

Eligibility:  i. Retired as Accounts Officer; or inservice SAO with at least 2 years experience on deputation basis.

ii. Ability to work on MS.Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) with ease

Pay Scale : Rs.17,500/-

Age should not exceed :62 years

4. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator/1 SC

Qualification: I. Graduate from any recognized University

II. 1 year Diploma/Certificate Basic (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet) with ease.

Pay Scale : Rs.10,000/-

Age 25-42 years

At District Level

1. District Child Protection Officer/ 22 Posts

Essential Qualification i. Masters in Psychology/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university.

ii. Minimum 60% marks at Masters Level and having consistent good academic record.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iv. Working Knowledge of Computer.

Preference will be given to experience in Child Protection Issues.

Age: 21-35 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 33,250

2. Protection officer (Institutional Care)
/22 Posts

Essential Qualification i. Master in Psychology/ Master in Social Work/Master in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized University.

ii. Minimum 55% mark at Masters Level and having consistent good academic record.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iv. Working Knowledge of Compute.Preference will be given to experience in child Institutional Care.

Age: 21-35 years

Pay Scale: Rs 21,000

3. Protection officer (Non Institutional Care)
/22Posts

Essential Qualification i. Master in Psychology/ Master in Social Work/Master in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development form any recognized University.

ii. Minimum 55% mark at Masters Level and having consistent good academic record.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iv. Working Knowledge of Computer .Preference will be given to experience in child Protection issues.

Age: 21-35 years

Pay Scale: Rs 21,000

4. Legal cum Probation Officer/22Posts

Essential Qualification i. Graduate in Law from any recognized University with minimum 55% mark and having consistent good academic record.

ii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iii. Working knowledge of computer.

Preference will be given to experience in handling legal matters.

Age: 25-45 years

Pay Scale: Rs 21,000

5. Counsellor/ 22 Posts

Essential Qualification i. Master in Psychology /Masters in Child Development/ Guidance and Counselling / MSc. Human Development from any recognized University with minimum 55% mark and having consistent good academic record.

ii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iii. Working knowledge of computer. Preference will be given to experience in counselling.

Age: 25-45 years

Pay Scale : Rs 14,000

6. Social Worker /22 Posts

Essential Qualification i. Master in psychology/Social Work (MSW) /Sociology / MSc. Human Development from any recognized University with minimum 55% mark and having consistent good academic record.

ii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iii. Working knowledge of computer.

Preference will be given to experience in child Protection issues.

Age:21-35 years

Pay Scale : Rs 14,000/- Scheduled Caste: 4 Backward Class (Category A): 3 Backward Class (Category B): 3 Person with Disability: 1 Open Category: 11

7. Social Worker ( Reserved for women only)/22 Posts

Essential Qualification : iv. Master in psychology/Social Work (MSW) /Sociology / MSc. Human Development from any recognized University with minimum 55% mark and having consistent good academic record.

v. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. vi. Working knowledge of computer.

Preference will be given to experience in child Protection issues.

Age:21-35 years

8. Accountant /22 Posts

Essential Qualification: i. Bachelor degree in Commerce (B.com) from in any recognized university with minimum 55% marks and having consistent good academic record.

ii. Ability to work on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet)with ease.

iii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric.  Preference will be given to experience in maintaining accounts, related book keeping, acquainted with tally

9. Data Analyst /22Posts

Essential Qualification: i. Graduate from any recognized University with minimum 55% marks and having consistent good academic record ii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric.

iii. Ability to work on MS Office (Word ,Excel ,Power point & Internet)with ease.

Preference will be given in experience in and analysis and using packages such as SPSS.

10. Assistant cum data Entry operator /22 Posts

Essential Qualification I. Graduate from any recognized University with minimum 55% marks and having consistent good academic record

II. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. III. Ability to work on MS Office (Word ,Excel ,Power point & Internet)with good typing speed.  Preference will be given to experience in computerized data entry

Age: 21 to 40 years

Pay Scale: Rs 10,000

11. Outreach Worker / 44Posts

Essential Qualification i. Graduate from any recognized University with minimum 55% marks and having consistent good academic record.

ii. Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric. iii. Working knowledge of computer.

Preference will be given to experience of working in NRHM, ICDS, Rural Development Projects.

Age:21 to 40 years

Pay Scale : Rs 8000
