Knowledge / Experience:
- 3 to 6 Years’ experience
- Experience working in Automation Projects/Initiatives resulting in improved system reliability, stability and reduction in maintenance cost for the Organization
- Good hands-On experience and strong in windows Powershell, Unix Shell Scripting with Python Programming knowledge.
- Knowledge on Apache Groovy.
- Sql Server Database – writing DML and DDLs.
- Working experience on HTML, Jquery, Javascript and CSS.
- Apache Tomcat.
- Knowledge in Python scripting and Groovy
- Knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Powershell Scripting, Perl Scripting
- Database and SQL Knowledge
- Knowledge in Web and Application Servers
- Network knowledge
- Knowledge in automation dashboard tools
- Knowledge in IT Service Management process
- Knowledge in process tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge in developing Dashboards and metrics
- Passion to work in automation and IT Service Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work in weekends and late hours as per the business need
- Good attitude and Strong inter personal skills
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
