The Programmer Trainers' day-to-day responsibilities include teaching programming and related concepts to school students using different tools. The Programmer Trainer should be highly passionate about teaching and training the students.

Responsibilities:

·         Go to schools or institutes and teach the students.

·         Train the trainers.

·         Learn the new concepts related to Programming.

·         Travel across various places in the state if required.

·         Able to engage the students with creative and innovative methods of teaching.

·         Work with the other teams including content writing and contributing your thoughts in content development too.

·         Talk to Principals, Directors, and Chairman of schools and promote the product.

·         Co-coordinating with the schools for training.

·         Planning the parallel training at multiple locations effectively.

Requirements:

• Should have very good hands-on experience in any programming language like C/C++/Java/any other language. No experience candidates will be considered for Quick Learners.
• Should be able to speak with the Education sector officials or leaders across government and Private.
• Should be highly passionate about teaching programming concepts to students.
• Should have very good communication skills – English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Should be able to travel.
• Should be able to learn and teach using different tools.
• Should be passionate about learning different programming tools.
