Job Description:

• The Programming Trainers' day-to-day responsibilities include teaching programming concepts to school students as part of fully residential, 16 days summer camps/workshops. 
• Previous experience not required but aptitude towards teaching is a must. 
• Training on the programming tools will be provided to the selected trainers. 
• After the completion of the training workshops, the candidates have an opportunity to get selected into the development team of the company with appropriate salary hikes.

• Should have very good hands-on experience in any programming language like C/C++/Java/any other language. No experience candidates will be considered for Quick Learners.
• Should be highly passionate towards teaching programming concepts to students
• Should have very good communication skills - English and Telugu
• Should be available to work on weekends since it is a residential program. Boarding and Lodging shall be provided.
• Should be ready to stay for 16 days in a government residential school outside Hyderabad and within Telangana.
• Accommodation and Boarding will be provided
• Internship Completion Certificate that can add tremendous value to the candidate’s resume shall be given at the end of the Internship.
• Work Location: Initial training from April 1st to April 9th will be conducted in our KPHB office.
• Camp Location and Candidate availability: The actual camps to be conducted by the selected candidates to school students will be from April 10th to April 25th including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Duration of the Internship: Candidates are required to be available for the Internship from the 1st of April to 28th of April.
• Stipend:Rs. 12,000 for the duration mention above, slightly negotiable for experienced candidates.
• Allowance: Travel Allowance (against actuals) and Fixed Mobile/Internet Allowance.
• Next Steps: Selected candidates who perform well in the April 10th to April 25th camp shall be considered for development opportunities within the Company as a full-time employee.

• Candidates will get trained in latest technologies such as Mobile Apps Making, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Drone Making and other technologies which can add tremendous value to their resumes which in turn can boost their job opportunities. 
• Also, candidates who perform well in the camps will be inducted into the development team of the Company.
