Your Role and Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting
• Meeting agenda creation, chairing some meetings, minute & action management
• UserID CBN and administrator to multiple tooling used
• DS&P Coordinator and process assurance
• Reporting on Project Metrics such as 7 Keys, Incident Numbers, SLAs, Service Requests, Finances, RAID, PQA/DS&P/KCO/GDPR Compliance per project in Sector
• Reporting for the Programme as a whole on items such as Backlog Analysis, GP Leakage, Revenue Leakage, Document Currency, Resource Database, Resource Mandatory Training.
• Extract of Project finances from PRIMA and collation of these for the reporting to the Leadership team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prior Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role with 4+ years in the industry
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project)
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
