Job details:
Work location - Gurugram & Kolkata (onsite)
Shifts: EMEA/evening Shift. (1:30 PM -10:30 PM & 5 days working)

Experience: 2 to 12 months of customer service, preferably International Voice Process
Graduation is a must.
Required excellent English communication.

Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries via voice calls with precision.
- Expertly manage online front-end operations.
- Skillfully identify and leverage upselling opportunities.

- Adapt sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
