Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Finance or similar
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in Consultancy and/or Service business
Strong communication and organizational skills with business acumen
High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office and IT applications typical for administrative / business support roles. Salesforce/Financial Force a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist Business Development (BD) and Legal with client contract reviews including finance terms and on occasion, budget profitability assessment
Milestone schedule compilation for new agreements or Change orders
Participate in BD handovers and applicable meetings
Ensure the project set up of new and change order agreements within the finance system with the relevant assumptions applied in a timely manner
Review and assist BD in getting CRM opportunity record up accurate
Support PM with all project finance activities (including site and vendors)
Support revenue recognition and unit recognition for each project for invoicing purposes
Assist with project finance reconciliation and profitability per project, reviewing of accrued and deferred revenue for reporting
Assisting with forecasting on project financials throughout the life of projects, forecasting and annual forecast review for the budgeting process
Conduct Client inductions as required as well as act as direct project finance contact for Clients
Initiate project finance closeout activities and support final budget reconciliation by responsible PM to Client, Sites and Third - Party Vendors
Ensure compliance with any contracted project finance requirements for completed projects
Drive feedback loop to BD on budget assumptions
Assist with Project finance training of new PM hires (external and internal promotions)
In conjunction with PFSM, recommend SOP and process improvement related to Project Finance matters
Participate in Operations Team meetings as required for project finance updates
