Applications are invited for recruitment of a Project Assistant in a SERB sponsored project entitled “Synthesis and Photophysical Properties of Multifunctional Ruthenium (II) and Osmium (II) Complexes of Bi- and Tridentate Ligands: Visible Light-Harvesting and Sensory Applications” (File number SRG/2020/001020).
Number of the post: one Qualification:
Essential: First class M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry.
Desirable: NET/GET qualified and have a working knowledge of organic and inorganic synthesis and computational chemistry software like Gaussian will be added advantage.
Fellowship:20,000/- month (consolidated).
Tenure of the fellowship: The nature of the post is purely temporary (on contact basis). The initial appointment will be up to December 21, 2021, which is extendable up to the duration of the project (up to December 22, 2022) subject to the performance of the candidate. Further note that the position may be terminated any time if the research outcome by the selected fellow is found not satisfactory.
