Project Assistant (Computer Programmer)  job Position in Institute of Mathematical Sciences

Qualification :  Candidate should have B.Tech. in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Computational Biology, Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines from a reputed institute. Knowledge of a programming language such as Python or C++, web development and database management Is desirable. DESIRABLE : Specific requirement.;  for The selected candidate will work with the head of the partner group (Dr. Areejit Samal) on a project funded by the Max Planck Society and to be carried out in close collaboration with the group of Prof. J. Jost at the Max Planck institute for Mathematics in the Sciences, Leipzig, Germany. A major goal of this project is to analyze large and complex biological networks, and we are looking for candidates with track record In programming, web development and database management. Knowledge of programming In Python and/or C++, web development and database management are desirable. Prior experience with handling of biological datasets is desirable.
