Position Summary
The Project Assistant will provide day to day support with project management on significant key accounts.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
1. Project management: Coordinating research studies including project scheduling, coordination and implementation.
2. Provides superior administrative support to deliverables.
3. Sets-up/maintains appropriate electronic and hard copy project folders and project-related documents.
4. Coordinates project deliverables.
5. Other administrative duties as seen necessary.
Required Skills
1. BBA/B.Com. or higher
2. Advanced knowledge in qualitative research methodologies
3. Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
4. Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Advance knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access and PowerPoint in specifics.
6. Go getter with a potential to elaborate and implement new ideas or methods that are being followed on a global platform.
