Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in managing complex projects with global, cross-LOB impacts
  • Experience in driving or partnering on change management efforts
  • Experience in PeopleSoft, HCM Cloud, Agile methodologies and HR and Reporting applications is a plus
  • Experience with any or all of the following: process mapping and research, process optimization, gaining stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to logically think through situations (even though limited subject expertise),connect the dots and recommend appropriate approach
  • Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Able to accept responsibilities and operate outside of individual comfort zone
  • Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones
  • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to operate easily within the AGILE environment
  • Comfortable providing guidance to other project managers and leads
  • Strong technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (including PitchPro); MS Project and Visio is a plus
  • Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the employee experience and operational processes
  • Independent thinker

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management  of initiatives related to system upgrades, enhancements and automation of processes for CoreHR module
  • Defining strategy, develop business case, analysis/feasibility on requirement
  • Consult with project leadership and product owners on appropriate strategy on Project initiatives
  • Responsible for user story ownership from creation, working and closing
  • Leverages business knowledge and technical expertise to challenge the status quo and operating models
  • Seeks diverse thinking, applies thought leadership  and ability to engage in constructive debate
  • Faces facts, acts on issues quickly, removes roadblocks
  • Anticipates, minimize and manage risk while improving efficiencies and employee experience
  • Balances client/customer needs and best interests with those of the firm, while driving a strong control framework
  • Ability to manage up and across to obtain buy in and approvals on decisions made
  • Engage with cross functional teams and leaders to help drive change and awareness
  • Participating in aligned activities that may include but not limited to conversion, testing, change management, integration, app decom, notification strategy and security
  • Assisting majorly with Testing activities and partnering with technology for appropriate solutions
  • Preparing project documents and communication plan
  • Communicates clear and compelling messages and priorities to guide and motivate others; cascades communications to team partners
  • Support employee and operational readiness for the project
  • Indirect management responsibility for project working groups; influence and drive results from the team
  • Drive adoption activities post-implementation to maximize the investment for the firm
  • Acts with authority, drives decisions and influences others to take appropriate action
