Job Description

The Wildlife Institute of India, Dehra Dun invites application for engagement of the following Project Personnel in the Project “Uttarakhand State Wildlife Population Estimation for the Himalayan Zone”purely on contractual basis for a period of 6 months (likely to be extended). 

1 Engagement Position : Project Associate –II (02 positions) 

2 Essential Qualification (EQ) Masters Degree in Wildlife Science /Ecology/Zoology/ Forestrywith at least two years of field research experience 

3 Desirable Qualification (DQ) Experience/ knowledge of wildlife techniques, data analysis, report / paper writing 

Age Not exceeding 35years as on the date of interview. Upper age limit in case of applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories may be relaxed as per the rules. 8 Emoluments Rs35,000/- month + HRA as admissible.
