Job Description

Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) invites application for the position Project Associate 

No. Of Post: 1 no.

Title of project: IITR-175 years of Celebrations

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ IT project management, or any related field

Experience: Preferably 1 year in the field of project management or similar.

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/ to Rs. 60,000/- + HRA

Duration: 1 year

Job description: To carry out the following activities:
(a) Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures in sync with the celebration’s theme and requirements.
(b) To compile the information from different groups required to celebration committee
(c) To follow up with different groups of the institute on the decision taken by the committee
(d) To communicate through emails, telephones and messages to different offices and groups
(e) To identify the gaps and barriers and bring out to the notice of chairman of the celebration committee
(f) IT systems in coordination with multiple teams of the event.
(g) To assist the celebration committee
