All Things Small jobs - Project Co-ordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. 

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel (Must Have)
• Assist the Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals through regular follow-ups and timeline tracking
• Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
• Track project accomplishments
• Review materials, attend meetings, transcribe notes, and distribute minutes for the project team. 
• Researche materials and execute assignments under minimal supervision and direction.
• Prepare and submit approved expense reports for senior project team members. 
• Organizes schedules, meetings and travel arrangements for assigned project teams
• Handle assignments involving highly confidential matters with utmost care and attention
• Provide support to all areas of the project, including project controls, procurement and contracts
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the Administration Coordinator

Qualifications

• Excellent listening skills
• Accurate note-taking and keyboarding skills
• Ability to transcribe notes into standard format currently used by the project team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. 
• Independent, self-motivated, able to take the initiative to liaise with other departments and/or external sources
