Qualifications: • Masters degree in Social Work with at least eight years of experience working on longitudinal studies involving immunization and vaccine uptake including work with high-risk vulnerable communities in West Bengal and with experience in following cohorts.

Relevant Experience• Project management of longitudinal cohort studies • Development and management of project databases using epidemiological software • Development of multimedia outreach tools • Experience in conducting focus group discussions and individual interviews in rural communities in Bengal • Experience in community engagement and outreach activities • Proficiency in translating documents into Bengali • Experience in field data collection, sample management and transport including management of cold chain freezers and refrigerators • Experience in project maintenance, purchase, billing and preparation of utilization reports
