The Role

· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

· Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames & milestones

· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

· Work closely with the business development and accounts team

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

· Make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve

· Help client and internal team prepare budgets

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis

· Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders

· Use available tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

· Execute all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

· Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests and audits.

· Customer Account Management.

· Regular reporting

What we are looking for

· A Civil Engineer by qualification

· Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.

· Proven work experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery

· An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

· Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail

· Customer-centric attitude

· Ability to learn quickly and take direction

· Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies

· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
