The Project Coordinator and Traffic Coordinator is at the center of success for the Apptio Marketing Organization. This role will support the Creative Team, Content Team, and the PMO (Project Management Office). The role will provide a backbone of order in driving organization by maintaining governance of process, working with requesters to confirm details, keeping stakeholders and workers on schedule, and providing general support. They will also work with the PMO on the execution of various key projects and initiatives across the Marketing organization. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing Services, Manager of the Creative Team, and owner of the PMO, as well as other stakeholders to ensure timely success.
What We Want You To Do
Monitor and run a project work queue to guide success for the Creative and Localization
Confirm project request requirements, details, schedules, and ensure they are carried out to fruition
Ensure governance of process is followed.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Provide needed communications; Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Provide general support in the areas of data cleanup, data migration, or other repetitive process in common corporate business tools of Microsoft Office, Smartsheet,
Work with the Director of Marketing Services, India to improve efficiency of processes, programs, and infrastructure.
Occasionally develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Basic Qualifications & Competencies
Proven ability to be exceptionally detail orientated and organized. .
1-3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in an agency environment, and fundamental knowledge of creative tools and formats is highly preferred(E.g. PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc).
Experience in a corporate environment is preferred, with benefit from those in the B2B Software SaaS space.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and successfully managing processes and projects.
Project management software experience such as tools including Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.
Working experience with common office software such as Excel, Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Comfortable with large repetition of rote tasks, but also excited to take on a variety of dynamic work.
Effective communicator with an urgency to proactively communicate prior to issues on quality or timeliness.
