Key Purpose - 

Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.

Job brief -

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans and also someone who can give insights on our products to the vendors.

1. Experience - 2 to 3 years

2. Budget - 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA

3. Diversity - Preferable only Male.

4. Location - Koramangala.

5. Language - English and Malayalam (Mandatory).

6. Open position - 1(One).

7. Educational background - Technical background (BBA/BCA) only.

8. Mode - Work from office.

Roles & Responsibility -

ü Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

ü Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

ü Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

ü Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

ü Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

ü Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

ü Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and report.

ü Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

ü Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

ü Interacting with the client and communicating the cost proposal from the client.

ü Partner on boarding.
