Project Coordinator

• Role: Ensure repeat business by meeting client deliverance and expectations.
  
• Responsibility: Will be responsible for end to end management of the project.
  

Primary Activities:

• Communicate with clients and should be able to analyse & evaluate their requirements
  
• Maintaining uninterrupted business (Customer satisfaction ensuring continual business)
  
• Allocate the Healthcare translation files to respective teams
  
• Preparing project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
  
• Handle key/major projects on need basis and skilled in price negotiations
  
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  
• Monitor operational costs and resources
  
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
  
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  
• Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
  
• Coach and support new and existing Project co-coordinators
  
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  
• Analyse and prepare MIS reports
