Job Description

Project Coordinator

Location : Hyderabad

Job Requirements :

  • Lead Scrum Teams
  • Serving and Supporting the Product Owner, Development Team in meeting project goals
  • Adherence to scrum process and enforce the rules of scrum for effective development and timely delivery
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
  • Track and communicate the overall progress of the release to the stakeholders (using Burn-downs, Burn-ups, Cumulative flow etc.
  • Identify and control project risks by means of prevention, mitigation and contingencies along with product owner/Development team leadership
  • Facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Expert user of Redmine & google spreadsheet to plan & track delivery
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm

Experience: 2-4 Years

Key skills:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in CSC/IT will be preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Strong data interpretation and analysis skills required (Spreadsheet, Presentations, Redmine, JIRA etc.)

Desired profile:

  • Candidate-Should have worked as a Project Corrdinator/Project Manager.
  • Should be aware of Development/Testing process. Experience with project management in elearning development company.
