Job Description

Project Coordinator

Localities - Mumbai
Max Experience - 3
Min Experience - 1
Languages are known - English, Hindi
Education - Graduate
Gender - Male
Salary - 10000-12000/-

Main Duties & Responsibilities:-

Main Tasks
Plan and allocate projects to meet the deadline, quality, and budget requirements.
Onboard vendors to meet client and project needs
Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required.
Scope estimation and expectations management.
Production management.
Responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure they are content and any expressed concerns within your scope are quickly and productively addressed.
Responsible for routine and proactive dialogue with linguists regarding KPI performance, available capacity, and related constraints.
Maintaining project tracking and follow up with production teams as necessary
Arrange and deliver client deliverables to GPM (on-site manager)

Requirements:-

1-3 years of experience in project management.
Freshers can also apply.
Proficient in both spoken and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be ready to put in extra effort and hours to meet project and business needs
Problem solver and self-starter
Time management, organizational and skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite
Must have their own laptop and strong internet connection.
