TISS jobs - Project Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time person with a minimum of 7 years of experience for the post of Project Coordinator for a research project at the Centre for Criminology and Justice, School of Social Sciences, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

The Project Coordinator will be involved in all the aspects of the project including study design, data collection, report writing along with coordination with different stakeholders. This position also involves the day-to-day management of project-related tasks and coordination with the team and final editing of the report prepared.

Qualification • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Sciences

• Minimum 7 years of experience

• Knowledge of laws and criminal justice system

• Experience of working on the issue of prevention of sexual offenses against children

• Experience in leading research projects with mixed methodologies

• Experience with online media research

• Fluency in English is a must 

• Proficiency in Internet and computer use

• Clear written and verbal communications skills

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and work well with the team.

Remuneration: 60,000 per month (subject to tax rules)
