Key Responsibilities : 

• Will be responsible for managing and overseeing day to day operations of Project.

• Coordinate with internal resources and the client for the timely execution of tasks.

• Ensure that all the expected deliverables are completed on time

• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet the expectations of the defined scope.

• Identify scope creep and notify the Internal stakeholders.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track daily, weekly and monthly progress.

• Manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Establish and modify the operational workflows on the basis of the client’s requirements.

• Report on metrics and targets to the client and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Must have:

• Proficiency in Google spreadsheets, MS Excel and tools for project tracking and management.

• Good leadership skills and at the same time the ability to work as a team player.

• Strong communication skills both in English and Hindi in order to understand the deliverables and explain them to the team.

• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
