Key Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for managing and overseeing day to day operations of Project.
Coordinate with internal resources and the client for the timely execution of tasks.
Ensure that all the expected deliverables are completed on time
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet the expectations of the defined scope.
Identify scope creep and notify the Internal stakeholders.
Develop a detailed project plan to track daily, weekly and monthly progress.
Manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and modify the operational workflows on the basis of the client’s requirements.
Report on metrics and targets to the client and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Must have:

Proficiency in Google spreadsheets, MS Excel and tools for project tracking and management.
Good leadership skills and at the same time the ability to work as a team player.
Strong communication skills both in English and Hindi in order to understand the deliverables and explain them to the team.
Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
